What starts as slasher-movie fun curdles into something angrier, as the killings turn out to be an organized reckoning between the town's adults and its kids. Fast, mean, and very aware of the slasher rules it's both following and breaking.

Less slasher chase than slow-burn captivity horror, built around a collector's calm, controlling brand of serial violence.
